Bogumił Sieczkowski

Bogumił Sieczkowski is an experienced attorney-at-law (adwokat PL). He graduated law at the University of Lodz and German law school at the University of Münster. He also obtained MA degree in European law at the University of Tours in France (Master 2 juriste européen). In 2013, LexisNexis listed him as Poland’s 12th Rising Legal Star.

He has gained experience in jurisdiction and renowned law firms, both in Poland and Germany. In addition, he participated in a program for attorneys organized by the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) and German Bar Council.

His fundamental goal focuses on providing professional and modern legal services adjusted to clients’ individual needs. He is particularly interested in civil law, contract law, corporate law and European Union law. His legal services are of the highest substantive level, ensuring that the interests of clients are fully protected.

As an internationally oriented attorney, Bogumił Sieczkowski offers legal advice apart from Polish (mother tongue), also in German, French and English. Expertise, professional experience and constant contact with clients are the maxims of Bogumił Sieczkowski's law firm.

Zuzanna Sieczkowska-Visser is a linguist lawyer who specialises in the European Union law. She graduated in law and English philology from the University of Lodz. She also studied EU law within the Erasmus exchange program at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands taking courses in comparative European innovation law, European competition law, regulating the EU single market and introduction to Dutch law. Her MA thesis in law focuses on practical and legal effects of EU soft law instruments.

She gained experience during her internship in the City of Lodz Section within the Regional Office of the Lodz Region in Brussels, representing the city before EU institutions. Afterwards, she worked in Rotterdam in the shipping industry, gaining experience in international HR and crewing, cooperating with offices in EU, Russia, India, Philippines and China. Moreover, she works as an English translator and tutor focusing on business and legal English.

Her interests are aimed at constitutional EU law, international and EU labour law, EU competition law, sea law and comparative legal linguistics. In the law firm, she is responsible for European law section and with her experience in tutoring, she is in charge of arranging courses and trainings designed for our clients’ individual needs.
